CNC Machinist (Parker)

We are seeking a machinist to join our fast growing company on our second shift. CRITICAL JOB SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Proficient in operating vertical and horizontal CNC Mills and/or Lathes

*Able to read G Code

* Excellent at reading detailed engineering drawings and interpreting key dimensions, finishes, etc.

* Ability to set up jobs or willingness to learn.

* Proficient programming MasterCam or willingness to learn

Finishing Specialist (Parker)

Compensation: Compensation: $17-$20 per hour depending on experience
Employment type: full-time
Job title: Finishing Specialist

We have an opening in our finishing department that uses special tools in preparation of metal and plastic parts for painting and plating. This position removes burrs, machining marks, and sharp edges in order to meet customer specifications. You can continue in this position for many years or aspire to become a machinist, shipping clerk, delivery driver, quality inspector, or manager of any of these departments. People with an attention to detail and like working with their hands are suited to this position. There is excellent upward mobility with our 36 year old company.

Our hours are from 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. There can be some flexibility for the right candidate.

The current finishing supervisor is still with our company and has been promoted to our 2nd shift as a cnc machinist. We are looking for a highly motivated person who wants to grow their career with our company. We prosper from having employees that have been with our company a long time.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year in post cnc production preparation preferred but will train.
Blueprint reading skills or an ability to quickly learn.
Needs to have good communication and leadership skills and be able to work from written and verbal instructions.

Job responsibilities and expectations include the following:

-Deburr, install heli coils, sand, polish and bead blast parts. (Performing these processes on precision machined aluminum, plastic and other metals)

-Adhere to the safety procedures including keeping department organized and efficient.

-Problem solving skills and experience for all aspects finishing.

-Must be able to work from written or verbal instructions and follow the processes for each part. (We will train on
client expectations for specific jobs)

-Will work with team to achieve quality objectives.

-Ability to inspect own work and strive for consistent quality within the same work order.

-Desire to work as team player to help tumble, count, wrap and ship parts. Every day is different and sometimes it means helping other departments when the workload is too high.

Quality Control Manager / Inspector (Parker)

Compensation: Competitive pay structure with performance reviews in 60-90 days and yearly.
Employment type: Full-time – Monday – Friday
Job title: Quality Control Manager

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced, team oriented manufacturing environment. With a mix of long production runs and new components, there is ample opportunity for learning and growth. We use a Manual CMM as well as a DCC CMM, driven by PC Dmis. Another terrific measurement tool is our SmartScope 200 – OGP for checking small parts. Two Tesa Height Gages as well as a fully equipped quality lab supports the manager.

Having earned our ISO-9001-2015 re-certification this summer means that you will be helping to maintain a high standard of quality throughout the work environment. Tag Team Manufacturing takes quality very seriously and our new team member will share the same quality goals as other staff.

Experience with First Articles, In-process Verification and Final Inspections will be very helpful, but not mandatory. We will provide on the job training to the right candidate.

Recommended Job Skills and Experience:
– Attention to Detail is the most critical

– Use of Inspection Hand Tools (Calipers, Micrometers, etc.)
– Blueprint Reading
– Knowledge of GD&T to ASME Y14.5
