We are looking for a conscientious person who has the following skills and experience: 3 to 5 years experience in programming and operating CNC Mills and Lathes (Fanuc Control), experience in operating CNC Horizontal Mills a plus, 1+ years experience Programming MasterCam and/or SurCam, ability to produce parts from a set of engineering prints and develop fixtures, jaws, etc. to minimize run time, efficient at burr removal techniques for most materials, including aluminum, steel, titanium, plastics, etc., excellent at reading detailed engineering drawings and interpreting key dimensions, finishes, etc. and ability to set up and edit jobs quickly and accurately, minimizing run times. This is a senior level position.
We are looking for a conscientious person who has the following skills and experience: ability to deburr, install helicoils, sand, polish and bead blast precision machined aluminum, plastic and other metal parts, ability to self-inspect work and strive for consistent quality within same part work order and between similar parts and materials and ability to tumble, count, wrap and ship components. This is an entry level position.
We are seeking a delivery driver and shop maintenance person to join our team. This person must be handy, professional and on time. This position responsibilities include, but are not limited to; deliveries in the company vehicle to vendors and clients in Colorado, helping deburr machined parts on occasion when finishers are overwhelmed, cleaning and maintenance of the facility and equipment and odd jobs such as, painting, changing equipment filters, using the floor cleaner etc.
We are looking for a conscientious person who has the following skills and experience: previous work in a machine shop, experience in purchasing, works well in a team setting, can wear lots of hats and is able to multi-task, has good time management skills, is proficient at math, is organized and detail oriented.
The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
-Purchasing raw materials. Metals, plastics, and items needed for daily operations.
-Sending and evaluating of Request For Quote’s for items needing purchased.
-Receiving and verification of purchase orders.
-Processing of customer purchase orders.
-Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, outside processors and customer contacts.
-Building job travelers to release to the floor.
-Working with production manager and shipping supervisor to ensure on time delivery.

Our sponsors include the Women’s Professional Billiard Association (WPBA), world renown trick shot artist, Florian ‘Venom’ Kohler and many regional, amateur and professional tours. We are looking for a conscientious person who has the ability to perform these tasks: Assembly, Finishing, Laser Engraving, Quality Control, Shipping and Inventory Management. This is an entry level position.
We are looking for a conscientious person who has the following skills and experience: ability to perform FAI First Article Inspections, In Process Inspections, knowledge of GD&T (including: Stacked Tolerance), CMM Operations with occasional programming/non complicated (PCDMIS Software), knowledge of Trimos/Tesa Height/Brown-n-Sharpe and knowledge of procedures & processes to ISO/AS9100.
We are looking for a conscientious person who has the following skills and experience: making deliveries in the company vehicle to and from customers facilities in Colorado, loading and unloading areas with appropriate equipment, materials and space, communication with suppliers, receivers, drivers and staff for smooth shipment, receive, inspect, inventory, document and store shipments, and making sure to count, verify and check parts before they leave the facility, prepare invoices and required documentation for shipments some include: package, label, post weights, packing list, shipping charges and determine best methods of shipment, help deburr machined parts and knowledge of computer applications and email.
Management will plan, develop, organize, manage, implement and improve the functions of their department for the manufacturing facility. They will oversee the ongoing development and evaluation of the products for quality and conformation to design details while adhering to all specifications and requirements. They will provide leadership and direction to staff and be able to work affectively with other departments.
